PCL-Gas supplies certified station equipment through established OEM partnerships — providing the compression, dispensing, metering, and control systems required for CNG refuelling stations, mother station hubs, city gate facilities, and PRMS installations. CNG compression packages are sourced as pre-engineered skid-mounted units configured to inlet pressure, throughput capacity, and outlet pressure requirements — with integrated control panels, safety systems, acoustic enclosures, and interconnecting pipework.
Fast-Fill Dispensers and Pre-Engineered PRMS Skids
Fast-fill dispensing systems deliver compressed gas to vehicles at required fill pressures within minutes, supplied in single and multi-hose configurations to match vehicle throughput requirements, with metering, payment systems, and communications interfaces as required. City gate and PRMS skids are factory-assembled, tested, and certified prior to delivery — incorporating inlet block valves, filters, pressure regulators, slam shut valves, metering, and outlet control valves in compact, maintenance-accessible arrangements that minimise site installation time.
Metering, SCADA and Performance-Validated Integration
Metering and control systems cover custody transfer and check metering equipment, flow computers, data loggers, telemetry systems, and SCADA integration infrastructure — supplied with calibration certificates and metrological documentation appropriate for commercial gas measurement. All station equipment is integrated within PCL-Gas engineering designs to ensure compression capacity, storage volumes, dispensing throughput, and metering accuracy are configured as a coherent performing system, commissioned and performance-tested before client handover.
