Virtual Pipeline Systems for Off-Grid Gas Distribution

PCL-Gas designs and delivers CNG mother and daughter station systems that enable structured gas distribution beyond the fixed pipeline network. These virtual pipeline systems use tube trailer logistics to connect centralised compression hubs — mother stations — to satellite distribution facilities, providing a scalable and capital-efficient pathway for gas supply to off-grid industrial, commercial, and mobility applications.

Mother Station Design and Daughter Station Configuration

Mother stations are central compression hubs incorporating gas receiving and metering, high-pressure compression packages, cascade storage banks, tube trailer filling gantries, and safety and control systems — engineered to throughput requirements with provision for modular expansion. Daughter stations receive high-pressure gas from tube trailers and regulate it to end-user supply pressures, incorporating tube trailer unloading, pressure regulation and metering, distribution manifolds, and where required, fast-fill or slow-fill dispensing for vehicle refuelling.

Logistics Optimisation and Structured Commissioning

PCL-Gas virtual pipeline logistics frameworks coordinate tube trailer fleets, loading and unloading scheduling, and inventory management to maintain continuous supply at satellite stations with economic efficiency. Projects are delivered under structured quality and commissioning frameworks, with full engineering, certification, installation, testing, and operational documentation — ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term operational reliability for industrial operators, mobility corridor developers, and fleet operators beyond the pipeline grid.
